Pioneering 3D-printed membranes, nanotechnology and AI utilities management revolutionising industrial wastewater treatment and reclamation, semiconductor wastewater reuse, data centre and energy storage cooling water, ZLD water, chips heat dissipation and cooling.
NanoSun is a Singapore-based nanotechnology company specialising in industrial wastewater treatment and reclamation. From a materials-science foundation, we develop and supply advanced nano 3D-printed membranes, nano-additives, nano-coagulant and complete water and wastewater treatment systems — deploying nano-bubble separation, nano-confined catalytic oxidation, emerging-contaminant removal such as PFAS and micro-plastic and AI-driven utilities management.
With good data, the right technology, and people, we can solve hard problems and change the world for the better.
We aspire to give society world-class products in water, energy, healthcare, asset-management and service experiences that lead to fulfilling lives and careers, underpinned by a desire to make a difference.
Nanomaterial-functionalized membranes fundamentally transform traditional filtration by embedding active chemical and physical properties directly into the membrane structure. Rather than acting as simple passive sieves that easily clog, these advanced composites use precise engineered nanomaterials to actively combat fouling, destroy pathogens, and degrade chemical pollutants in real-time.
High-purity cooling and process water for AI and hyperscale data centres, with closed-loop recovery and reuse.
Custom-engineered treatment for semi-conductor, specialty chemical, refinery, advance manufacturing, built for flexibility and the best cost-to-benefit.
Advanced reclamation, desalination and potable-water treatment — turning effluent and seawater into high-quality water that safeguards drinking-water quality.
Intelligent, real-time monitoring and optimisation of treatment operations — built into every plant for control and efficiency.
Maximising water recovery toward zero discharge, recovering clean water and resources from concentrated brines.
